Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Unze London account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization Number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn items back into their original box with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed return form or invoice inside the package.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location or post office.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
